NFL Off-Season Training

EFT’s reputation for training NFL players is widely respected throughout the professional football community. For over 15 years numerous NFL athletes have chosen to spend their off-season’s training and rehabbing here at EFT. Off-season training at EFT is individually structured for each athlete and specifically designed to cover all aspects necessary to increase athletic performance. By combining speed, strength and agility drills, position-specific skill work on multiple playing surfaces, players experience a dynamic and personalized training regimen. Players simultaneously build strength and explosiveness through a series of customized workouts, based on the conjugate method to ensure maximum gains with adequate recovery.

Program Highlights:
In the gym athletes follow a grueling regiment of strength training, speed and agility drills, and dynamic workouts to develop power. The work does not stop there. Athletes also participate in position specific skill work on both outdoor and indoor field surfaces. Here athlete’s skills and mechanics are meticulously broken down and corrected by our coaching staff.

While training with us here at EFT professional players receive two meals a day, daily rehabilitation or recovery services, and pre/post work out supplementation. Housing options are available for those athletes who are not local.
