College Two-A-Days Camp

EFT Sports Performance provides an intense, focused two-a-day program for collegiate football players home for the summer. These workouts ensure that our athletes head back for their summer training camps and upcoming seasons in peak playing condition. Two-A-Days are comprised of field skill and position work, followed by performance training sessions. During the athlete’s time at our facility they will participate in workouts developing strength, explosive power, speed, agility, and structural balance.
